Responsibilities

• Assess jobseekers and determine the appropriate path to return to work
• Provide support in gaining and retaining employment and career advancement
• Build relationships with customers to address barriers to employment
• Refer to One Stop services and other agencies as needed
• Document all contacts and activities in case progress notes and maintain files
• Prepare project reports and monitor progress as required by contract
