Job summary

Capital City College is seeking an Employability and Progression Officer to support and drive key operational functions within the Enterprise, Employability and Careers (EEC) Team. Responsibilities

• Provide effective support to the Enterprise, Employability and Careers (EEC) Team by engaging with learners, external partners, and curriculum staff to assist in the planning and delivery of employability and progression activities.
• Support the accurate recording of EEC team enrichment activities within the college’s data systems (MIS), liaising with relevant staff to improve processes, ensure data consistency, and resolve discrepancies.
