Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience, preferably in K–12 education.
• Strong analytic and data systems management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with statistical software and programming languages (STATA, R, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Establish district-wide systems to track career pathways data.
• Create cross-department teams to map and monitor pathways.
• Develop dashboards and standard reports for key performance indicators.
• Conduct analyses on pathway data and provide policy recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and reporting requirements.
• Support external partners with data needs and analyses.
