Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one career coaching, navigation, and stabilization services.
• Conduct assessments to identify goals, needs, barriers; develop service plans.
• Facilitate workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and job readiness.
• Provide referrals to training, education, and wraparound services.
• Maintain accurate case notes and document participant progress.
