Qualifications

• Some college coursework or an associate degree preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations with barriers to employment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong internet navigation.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with job searches and resume development.
• Teach basic computer navigation and job application tasks.
• Conduct assessments and develop individual employment plans.
• Coordinate with Goodwill partners and referrals for support.
• Maintain records and reports and attend meetings as needed.
