Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma is seeking a full-time Career Navigator to support job training students and community members in achieving employment goals. You will provide individualized coaching, job readiness training, resume and interview support, and job search assistance.

Collaboration with instructors, employers, and community partners will connect participants with meaningful opportunities while expanding services to the broader public seeking career guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in career services, workforce development, case management, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Familiarity with employment resources, labor market trends, and local employer networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career coaching and job readiness training.
• Assist with resume development and interview preparation, plus job search strategies.
• Collaborate with instructors, employers, and community partners to connect participants with opportunities.
• Lead life skills workshops and coordinate volunteer support as needed.
