Job summary

Trinity Rail's Trinity Industries, Inc. in Shell Rock, IA is hiring a CareerMobile Equipment Operator (1st Shift). You will operate mobile equipment used in the movement and handling of railcars, and work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities include ground crew for track mobiles and switch engines, moving railcars safely, operating switches, and using digital tools to review railcar movement while following all safety rules.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in mobile equipment or related operations.
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to follow all procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions.
