Job summary

Farmers Restaurant Group is hiring Food Runners/Bussers to join our front-of-house team, delivering food and beverages, setting tables, and assisting service staff to keep dining areas welcoming and efficient.

No prior restaurant experience is required; you must be 18+ with strong communication and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Base pay is $2.13/hr + tips, with benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, twisting and using hands and arms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests with hospitality.
• Prepare tables for meals and set up service areas.
• Run food and drinks from kitchen to guest tables.
• Assist service staff by clearing dishes and taking items to the dishwasher.
• Clean tables and counters after dining and set for next guests.
• Stock service areas with supplies and maintain guest-ready conditions.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
