• Strong coaching, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• A related bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Partner with supervisors, HR, Safety, and Training to strengthen internal career pathways.
• Support succession planning, develop future leaders, and improve engagement and retention.
• Track progress, certifications, promotions, program participation, and development outcomes.
