EZPAWN in Miami, Florida is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead customer service and store operations. You will supervise Team Members, process loans and pawn items, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor or lead experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Promote sales and negotiate terms for pawn items.
• Lead and coach store Team Members.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Process loans and extensions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
