Tri Counties Bank is seeking a Teller to sustain customer trust by accurately handling transactions and proactively offering banking products. The role involves cash handling, balance drawer daily, and delivering timely, friendly service at the branch.

The Teller will use multiple desktop applications and maintain compliance with bank policies while driving customer satisfaction and referrals to banking partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Effective selling and cross-selling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows based programs.
• Able to successfully complete Bank’s product and sales training courses.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service transactions, such as receiving and disbursing funds.
• Provide information and assistance in researching customer problems; balance cash drawer daily.
• Proactively identify customer financial needs and refer bank products and services.
• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to maintain contact and servicing needs.
• Follow Bank policies and procedures including BSA/AML, and maintain compliance.
