Job summary

Tri Counties Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to provide confident, service-oriented banking at our branch locations. You will handle teller transactions, open new accounts, and build banker-client relationships by understanding needs and offering suitable Tri Counties Bank services.

Expect to conduct about a dozen customer conversations daily, promote checking/savings accounts, CDs, online banking, and debit services, while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with other specialists to

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous sales and cash handling experience, preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows based programs.
Able to successfully complete Bank product and sales training courses and appropriate certifications.
Able to be registered as a mortgage loan originator (MLO) in the Nationwide Mortgage License System and Registry (NMLS).

Use every customer interaction to understand financial needs and goals of customers.
Share knowledge about Tri Counties Bank services, products, and partners to help customers save money and access convenient banking.
Employ appropriate solutions for customers and follow through to fulfill financial needs and goals.
Maintain accurate sales records and regularly review sales results with Branch Manager and prepare action plans to meet/exceed sales objectives.
Ensure customer transactions are handled accurately and timely according to guidelines.
