Job summary

Cavender Auto Country Ford is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team and help Make Confidence Happen daily. You will greet customers, identify their vehicle needs, present vehicles, and guide them through financing and paperwork, leveraging CRM to track interactions.

Qualifications

Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communications skills.
Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude.
Submit to MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
Valid driver’s license.
High School Diploma/GED is required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs and lead them through the sales process including vehicle selection, test drive, financing, and paperwork.
Perform high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Use CRM to track all customer interactions.
Present customer deal structure and additional finance products.
Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Complete ongoing training on new vehicle products and features.
