Adapt Integrated Health Care in Roseburg, OR is hiring an Employment Specialist to help clients find and maintain employment aligned with vocational goals. The role involves field visits, transportation, and collaboration with QMHP/QMHA supervisors to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation counseling or special education.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or related human services.
• Eligibility to register for QMHA certification through MHACBO.
• Eligibility to work under IPS qualifications.
• CESP or ACRE certification preferred.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides IPS Supported Employment services to clients as directed by QMHP/QMHA.
• Collaborates with Vocational Rehabilitation to coordinate service delivery.
• Maintains required records and documentation per policy and law.
• Transport clients to services; 65%+ of hours in the field.
• Participates in supervision, meetings, and professional development.
• Achieves productivity standards set by the Program Director.
• Complies with applicable state, federal, and agency guidelines.
• Engages clients to build trusting relationships toward stable employment.
• Assists with information on benefits and earnings reporting as needed.
• Assesses vocational functioning to develop individual employment plans.
• Discusses disclosure of psychiatric status with employers and supports.
