Responsibilities

• Create, apply, and continuously improve a systematic process to identify and confirm essential skills and proficiency levels by job family and career level.
• Collaborate with HR and SMEs to identify and/or create learning resources that align with the skills and proficiency levels defined in the Career Guides.
• Collaborate with HR and Internal Communications to create communications and change readiness plans to build awareness and adoption of changes at all levels.
• Provide IT, HR, and Employee Master Data with information that is digitized and referenced in HR systems.
• Co-create, launch, and sustain a strategy to educate stakeholders about products, services, tools and their value to career development.
• Build and maintain relationships across HR, Internal Communications, business leaders, and SMEs who share responsibility for career development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans and manages multiple Career Development Framework projects in collaboration with the Compensation team, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), Business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Creates, applies, and continuously improves a systematic process to identify and confirm essential skills and expected levels of proficiency by job family and career level.
• Collaborates with other members of the MPC Leadership and Professional Development team and SMEs to identify and/or create learning and development resources (i.e., formal, virtual, experiential learning) that align with the skills and expected proficiency levels defined in the Career Guides.
• Collaborates with Human Resources (HR) and Internal Communications to create and execute communications and change readiness plans to build awareness, engagement, and adoption of changes at all levels of the organization.
• Provides Information Technology (IT), HR, and Employee Master Data team with information, data and updates that are digitized and referenced in HR systems applications and processes.
• Co-creates, launches, and sustains with others in the Talent Management Centers of Excellence (COE) a strategy to educate stakeholders about the products, services, tools and their value to career development and advancement.
• Builds and maintains collaborative and productive working relationships throughout the HR community, Internal Communications, business leaders, and subject matter experts who share responsibility for career development.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Applied Training/Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field required.
• Two (2) years of relevant work experience required.
