Job summary

White Cap is seeking an Operations Leader Trainee for a 12- to 18-month Career Development Program. You will train on the job, shadow leaders, and rotate through key branch operations from warehouse to customer service and beyond.

You will work with a Regional Advocate and mentors, complete a tailored learning curriculum, and deliver a capstone project to White Cap leadership. Relocation is preferred after the program and you will develop the skills to lead teams and deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate after program completion.
• Program start window: March–June.
• Energetic, professional and goal oriented.
• Strong operations focus with ability to collaborate with customers.
• Experience leading or building a team.

Responsibilities

• Experience in rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training.

As an Operations Leader Trainee in White Cap's Career Development Program, you will have the opportunity to engage in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and partner with your manager to develop the skills and knowledge that will accelerate your career through a 12-18 month training program. Throughout the program, you'll learn everything from the warehouse, where it all begins, to customer service, management, and beyond.
