White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking an Operations Leader Trainee to join the Career Development Program. The role involves on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development within a 12–18 month framework.

You will rotate through branch operations, participate in a structured learning curriculum, and work closely with your manager to accelerate your career. Participants gain practical experience from warehouse basics to customer service and management, with a robust support

As an Operations Leader Trainee in White Caps Career Development Program, you will have the opportunity to engage in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and partner with your manager to develop the skills and knowledge that will accelerate your career through a 12–18 month training program. Throughout the program, you'll learn everything from the warehouse, where it all begins, to customer service, management, and beyond.
