Job summary

• Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering career development services and programs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience building campus and external partnerships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students and alumni during appointments, walks-ins, and groups.
• Teach decision-making and career planning skills for majors and options.
• Administer and interpret career assessments in various settings.
• Coordinate partnerships with campus units and employers for programs and events.
• Develop resumes, interview preparation, networking and job-search resources.
• Maintain records and contribute to weekly/annual reports.
