Job summary

The Arc Mercer, Inc. in Mercer County, NJ seeks a Vocational Development and Outcomes Specialist to conduct individualized vocational assessments for about 70 participants and monitor progress toward vocational goals.

This role evaluates workplace skills, interests, and supports, guiding progress toward employment readiness. You will collaborate with job coaches, instructors, and program leadership to track outcomes, review curricula, and shape individualized vocational programming that supports

Qualifications

• Experience in vocational services, employment readiness, or services for individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of vocational assessments, individualized goal development, and skill-building strategies.
• Ability to evaluate progress, analyze information, and recommend effective interventions.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized vocational assessments for participants.
• Review and set measurable vocational goals based on assessments.
• Evaluate and adjust curriculum, teaching strategies, and interventions.
• Monitor progress toward goals and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with job coaches, Employment Specialists, and staff.
• Maintain accurate records and report to program leadership.
