YWCA Tri-Cities is seeking a Job Developer for a full-time 35-hour week role based in the Tri-Cities WorkBC site. The position runs until March 31, 2027, and pays $31.94 per hour plus 12% in lieu of time off and benefits.

You will work with job seekers to secure employment and connect them with employers, guiding clients toward their goals. You will conduct one-to-one job development meetings, market candidates to employers, support wage subsidy work experiences, and maintain accurate client

Formación

• 2 years’ job development, career coaching, or placement experience in a related setting.
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting professional relationships with Clients and employers.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to onsite Health and Safety Procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Meet one-to-one with job seekers to determine needs and market to employers.
• Coordinate with Case Managers to align client employment goals with action plans.
• Schedule and manage one-to-one job development meetings.
• Market candidates to employers and coordinate interviews and coaching.
