Responsibilities

• Provide career development and employment services to students and alumni through advising, resume approval, and workshops.
• Counsel and assess career goals to support client success.
• Review and approve resumes for uploading into recruiting software; conduct mock interviews.
• Coach on networking, interviewing, salary negotiations; deliver career workshops.
• Coordinate with faculty, departments and student organizations; plan materials and events.
• Maintain and improve campus recruiting resources and the Center’s website.
