Community Choice Financial ® Family of Brands is hosting a Career Day in Miami, AZ, inviting ambitious individuals to explore opportunities on the Store Operations team. The role emphasizes customer service, transaction processing, and community engagement within a fast-paced retail finance setting.

Attendees will learn about on-the-job training, cross-brand opportunities, and leadership development programs designed to promote from within.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required and compliant with applicable law.
• Ability to stand most of the day and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and build relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Process financial transactions like check cashing, money transfers, loans/pawns with accuracy.
• Educate customers about transactions and offer tailored financial services.
• Participate in in-store and community events and marketing.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow training and security protocols, manage cash drawer, and ensure a safe work environment.
