Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15 semester hours of instruction in social services-related instruction is required.
• One year experience in counseling or related field is required.
• Experience working with a diverse population of youth is required.
• A valid drivers license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with all departments to meet student needs.
• Assesses and evaluates students continuously, both formally and informally.
• Aids students in continuing education or additional training.
• Connects students with community services for successful transition from Job Corps.
