Demonstrated experience administering, interpreting, and utilizing career assessment tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using career services technology platforms and recruitment tools.
Ability to develop and deliver career education programs.
Ability to engage employers and coordinate events.

Responsabilités

Counsel and advise College of Business students and recent alumni on career development through individual consultations and group programs.
Assist students in identifying career goals and developing job search strategies.
Develop and promote the College of Business Career Pathways Program in collaboration with staff.
Design and facilitate workshops and events to support career planning and professional development.
Coordinate employer engagement activities including networking events, information sessions, and career fairs.
