You’ll tailor feedback for diverse industries and levels, track progress, and stay up-to-date on ATS practices and interview prep techniques to boost confidence and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in career coaching, resume writing, recruiting, or related HR field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear, actionable feedback.
• Ability to quickly understand a candidate's background and reframe it for a target role.
• Comfort working with clients across diverse experience levels and industries.
• Excellent attention to grammar, formatting, and factual accuracy.
• Empathetic, patient coaching approach through stressful job searches.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and cover letters with detailed, constructive feedback.
• Coach on job search strategy and prioritization for specific roles.
• Advise on application positioning and materials alignment.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with likely questions and framing of accomplishments.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies and suggest concrete improvements.
• Stay current on resume best practices, ATS, and hiring trends across industries.
