Job summary

Qualifications

• AA required; BS/BA in vocational rehabilitation, social work, psychology, human services or related field strongly preferred.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license; must transport patients in own vehicle with proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vocational assessments to evaluate patients’ skills, interests, and barriers to employment.
• Develop individual vocational rehabilitation plans aligned with career goals.
• Assist patients in finding suitable job opportunities.
• Provide one-on-one counseling on resume writing, interviewing, job search strategies, and workplace adjustments.
• Develop relationships with employers to create job opportunities for patients.
• Offer ongoing support to ensure successful job placement and retention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports following regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other service providers and community organizations to support patient success.
