The role emphasizes intake, eligibility, case management, and ongoing client contact to monitor progress and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Previous related workforce experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides career assessments to determine interests and aptitudes.
• Guides job seekers through career development and exploration.
• Delivers labor market information and job search coaching.
• Assists with resume development and mock interviews.
• Prepares ITA and training or supportive service requests.
