Job summary

You will maintain an active caseload, assess strengths and barriers, create career plans, and connect participants to education, training, and job opportunities. Success is measured by progress toward employment, increased earnings, and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and two years of professional experience in employment/career counseling or related areas.
• Experience providing direct services to individuals facing barriers to employment preferred.
• Experience working with homelessness or behavioral health challenges preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses participants' employment history, strengths, and barriers.
• Develops individualized career plans and goals.
• Maintains an active caseload of participants in preparation and placement.
• Provides one-on-one and group career coaching and workshops.
• Connects participants to training, credentials, and job opportunities.
