Job summary

Kra-Corporation is seeking a dedicated Case Manager in San Diego to help individuals overcome barriers and connect with meaningful employment opportunities. You will assess needs, develop personalized employment plans, and link participants with resources and services to help them thrive.

The role requires in-person, on-site work with potential for hybrid arrangements after six months, and offers a sign-on bonus in addition to competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred; however, a 2-year degree with 2 years of sales/client accounts experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree.
• 2 to 4 years of customer relationship management or case management experience.
