Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in high-performance education organizations in similar roles.
• Associates Degree or higher required.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills to initiate and build financial partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication, listening skills, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship management with employers in Building Energy Management, Mechatronics, Biotechnology, and Cybersecurity.
• Ensure successful placement of co-op students and meet annual placement metrics.
• Source new leads at conferences and industry events and via industry associations.
• Prepare and implement annual sales plans for four concentrations.
• Support the management of the co-op program including recruitment, matching, and onboarding.
• Regularly check in with students and employers and visit workplaces to ensure outcomes.
