Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or case management or related roles.
• Ability to orient, interview, and counsel customers.
• Knowledge of program regulations, policies and procedures relevant to eligibility and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for job seekers and referred customers.
• Orient, interview, and counsel customers; assess needs and build service plans.
• Recommends appropriate training or non-training programs; provide career counseling and placement assistance.
• Perform data entry and maintain records; ensure timely enrollment documentation.
• Coordinate with partner agencies and conduct outreach to engage the community.
