ANB Bank in Casper, WY is seeking Universal Bankers I–IV to open accounts, handle cash, and cross-sell bank products while delivering exceptional service. The role supports branch goals and regulatory compliance, with progression from I to IV based on experience.

Qualifications

• No experience required for Universal Banker I.
• Customer service or cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Opens checking, savings, money market, and certificates of deposit accounts.
• Cashes checks within assigned limits and stated guidelines.
• Handles daily cash settlements and proof transactions.
• Identifies and cross-sells banking products/services to customers.
• Provides excellent customer service and resolves issues while complying with regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality and supports branch goals and teamwork.
