Qualifikationen

• No experience required for Universal Banker I.
• Customer service or cash handling experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Processes paying/receiving transactions and maintains accurate records.
• Opens checking, savings and other accounts; assists with card issuance.
• Cross-sells products and services; pursues new customers through marketing.
• Identifies customer needs and provides suitable financial solutions.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and confidentiality requirements.
• Collaborates with team to achieve branch goals.
