Qualifications

• Universal Banker I requires no experience; other levels prefer customer service or cash handling experience.
• Comfort with selling bank products and services; ability to identify customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Processes paying/receiving transactions and maintains records.
• Opens checking, savings, and other accounts; issues cards and starter checks.
• Acts on cross-sell opportunities and refers customers to appropriate areas.
• Identifies financial needs and recommends suitable products and services.
• Maintains compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and company policies.
