Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related field.
• 5-7 years of HR/Talent Management/ Career Counseling in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven experience managing a pool of resources with strong one-on-one coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to align workforce capability development with short and long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve systems and processes supporting talent development, evaluation, feedback, and retention.
• Partner with top consultants to develop consulting career development frameworks.
• Contribute to performance management processes including feedback cycles, reviews, and promotions with managers and advisors.
• Align talent development initiatives with regional business objectives alongside Customer Success leaders.
• Guide consultants in learning and development; advise on training, skill-building, and engagement opportunities.
• Connect consultants with advisors to support career ambitions and promote engagement across stakeholders.
• Support internal processes (e.g., feedback tracking, timesheets, compliance) to ensure efficiency.
