Responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve systems that support talent development, evaluation, feedback, and retention.
• Partner with top consultants to develop consulting career development frameworks.
• Contribute to performance management processes, including reviews and promotions, with Project Engagement Managers and Technical Advisors.
• Align talent initiatives with regional business objectives alongside Customer Success leaders.
• Guide consultants through learning journeys and connect them with appropriate advisors.
