Fedcap Group in Rockland, ME is seeking a Career Advisor for the Fedcap Families program to manage a caseload and guide participants from referral to employment. You’ll create individualized Career Plans, build trust, refer to services, and help craft resumes and cover letters while maintaining timely administrative records.

• Minimum of one year of experience in career services, case management, workforce development, or related fields.
• High level of cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tech.
• Valid US Driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of participants and orient them to the program.
• Develop Career Plans outlining goals and action steps to improve employability.
• Build trusting relationships and provide individualized services.
• Identify needed support services and coordinate referrals with team members.
• Develop quality resumes, cover letters, and other employment materials.
• Maintain timely documentation and complete administrative tasks.
