Job Responsibilities
  1. Build professional one-on-one relationships with clients to eliminate employment barriers through assessment, individualized attention, and coordination.
  2. Provide consistent case management, follow-up, and conduct new customer orientations.
  3. Ensure positive outcomes and meet contractual goals by working with schools, account managers, and management to complete necessary documentation.
  4. Facilitate professional development workshops and maintain an organized client database with detailed contact records.
  5. Monitor participant progress and ensure adherence to planned activities as per funding agency contracts.
  6. Assess work suitability for participants, refer them to community or social services when needed, and accurately document all activities.
  7. Create solutions for attendance issues, assist in preparing project reports, and manage program operations, including workshops and data collection.
  8. Coordinate job preparation workshops aligned with business needs, and collaborate with the business services team to identify job opportunities and required qualifications.
  9. Develop communication plans to keep staff informed and participate in training and capacity-building activities.
  10. Work with leadership to identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
  11. Provide operational support, assist with intake services, and ensure compliance with standards.
  12. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of contracts and operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in career advisement, workshop facilitation, curriculum development, public speaking, or content creation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of various occupations and career paths, preferably including healthcare.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, social services, healthcare, or communications.
  • Customer service experience required.
