Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking a Workforce Operations Coordinator in Redlands, CA. The role blends recruiting, scheduling, and office administration to support caregivers and clients in a fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates will own processes, proactively identify solutions, and drive outcomes with integrity and initiative. On-call rotation 2–3 days weekly is included as part of duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, recruiting, scheduling, staffing coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business software systems.
• Reliable transportation and availability for rotating on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Office & administrative support: handle calls, emails, inquiries and maintain records; assist with payroll prep, timesheets, and billing.
• Recruiting & hiring: manage full-cycle recruiting, post jobs, build candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and conduct background checks.
• Scheduling & workforce coordination: manage employee schedules, handle on-call rotation, forecast staffing needs, and maintain scheduling records.
• Client & employee support: foster relationships, address concerns, and maintain high service levels.
