Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work required.
• Master's degree in Social Work preferred.
• LMSW/LBSW, or RN as licensed by the Texas Board preferred ( CCM/ACM optional).
• Hospital environment/case management experience preferred (1 year).
