Qualifications include a social work degree (MSW preferred) or RN with BSN, Texas licensure, and 1 year related experience. Flexibility to meet client and hospital needs is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Master’s in Social Work, or RN with BSN preferred.
• LMSW/LBSW, or RN licensed by the Texas Board; CCM or ACM preferred.
• 1 year related work experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to flex work schedule as client or hospital needs.
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all levels of staff.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with empathy, flexibility, and objectivity.
