American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing schedules for nursing and other facility departments, receive and act on requests for staff coverage promptly, and monitor coverage to ensure resident care remains uninterrupted. The role requires empathy, patience, work ethic, integrity, and competence.

Experience in administrative/clerical work with staffing exposure is preferred; CNA or CMT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• CNA, CMT certification preferred.
• Two or more years of administrative/clerical experience. Staffing experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules for nursing and other facility departments.
• Receive and act on requests for staff coverage promptly.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for resident care.
• Collaborate with management and frontline staff to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain employee availability lists and contact information.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling orientation of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state staffing requirements.
