Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living in Minnesota is seeking a Care Team Manager (CTM) to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our residential homes supporting individuals with IDD. You will supervise DSPs and staff, ensure high-quality care, and maintain a safe, welcoming home environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, coaching abilities, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in IDD, behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or residential services is preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and residential staff.
• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned home.
• Ensure individuals receive care and support according to their plans.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and staff retention.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
