  • Ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, state regulations, and care standards.
  • Support medication administration and health/safety procedures as required.

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Care Team Manager (CTM) to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations of one of our residential homes supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

As a Care Team Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the people we support receive high-quality care while maintaining a safe, positive, and supportive home environment. What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and residential staff.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned home.
  • Ensure individuals receive care and support consistent with their individual needs and plans.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and staff retention.
  • Ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, state regulations, and applicable care standards.
  • Support medication administration and health/safety procedures as required.
  • Respond appropriately to behavioral or operational concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
  • Build positive relationships with individuals supported, families, staff, and community partners.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and quality-improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a hands-on leader who is willing to step in and support the team when needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in IDD, behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or residential services preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional and operational leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 residential environment.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to meet position-specific driving requirements, if applicable.
  • Must meet all company and state requirements for the position.
