Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a compassionate, organized Care Team Manager to lead one of our residential homes supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will provide leadership to your team, ensure quality care, and foster a positive, person-centered environment where everyone can thrive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or college coursework in Business, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and work within Beacon Specialized Living programs.
• Ability to maintain required certifications, trainings, and TB screenings (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily group home operations, including finances, operations, and quality goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Maintain staffing schedules and support employee development and accountability.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with facilities team and contractors.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to support health, safety, and well‑being of individuals served.
• Promote person‑centered care while encouraging independence and community involvement.
• Maintain communication with guardians, medical providers, regulatory agencies, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Attend individual meetings, appointments, and community activities as needed.
• Monitor documentation, medication administration, and program compliance.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the home remains safe, clean, and well-maintained by coordinating repairs and maintenance.
• Partner with maintenance teams and approved contractors to resolve facility concerns.
