Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living in Pennsylvania seeks a compassionate, organized Care Team Manager to lead a residential home serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will provide leadership to your team, ensure quality care, and foster a person-centered environment where individuals can thrive.

You will recruit, train, and supervise Direct Support Professionals, maintain staffing and compliance, coordinate maintenance, and collaborate with clinical leadership to support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or coursework in related fields preferred.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and TB screenings where applicable.
• Ability to maintain required certifications and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily operations of the group home, including financial, operational, and quality goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Maintain staffing schedules and support employee development and accountability.
• Ensure home safety, cleanliness, and maintenance; coordinate repairs.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and approved contractors on facility concerns.
• Partner with clinical leadership to support health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Promote person-centered care and encourage independence and community involvement.
• Maintain communication with guardians, medical providers, regulatory agencies, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Attend meetings, appointments, and community activities as needed.
• Monitor documentation, medication administration, and program compliance.

In this role, you'll provide leadership to your team, ensure quality care for the individuals we serve, and foster a positive, person-centered environment where everyone can thrive.

What You'll Do
