Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Care Team Manager (CTM) to lead day-to-day operations of one residential home supporting individuals with IDD. You will supervise DSPs, oversee operations, and ensure care aligned with individual plans in a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and coaching abilities, and offers opportunities to recruit, onboard, and develop staff while partnering with families and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in IDD, behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or residential services preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support DSPs and residential staff.
• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned home.
• Ensure individuals receive care per their individual plans.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and staff retention.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and care standards.
• Support medication administration and health/safety procedures as required.
• Respond to behavioral or operational concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Build positive relationships with individuals supported, families, staff, and community partners.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a hands-on leader who steps in to support the team.

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Care Team Manager (CTM) to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations of one of our residential homes supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

As a Care Team Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the people we support receive high-quality care while maintaining a safe, positive, and supportive home environment. What You'll Do

• Lead and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and residential staff.
