Job summary

Senior Helpers of Burnsville and South Metro is seeking a Care Team Lead responsible for ensuring high standards of care in home healthcare. This role includes both direct care and leadership responsibilities, making an impact in client and caregiver satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years in home healthcare and strong organizational skills, familiar with dementia care, as well as effective communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in home healthcare, with prior experience in a caregiver or supervisory role.
• Professional, calm demeanor in high-pressure or emergency situations.
• Computer proficiency in scheduling software and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide caregiver and client support through direct care and scheduled check-ins.
• Conduct in-home visits to ensure compliance with care standards.
• Assist in managing caregiver schedules and cover shifts as needed.
