Senior Helpers - West Ashley is seeking a dependable Care Team Coordinator to oversee caregivers, manage scheduling, and support training and client care in a fast-paced home care environment.

The role requires leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate training, orientations, and client-care plans while maintaining accurate records. Occasional caregiver duties may be required to ensure coverage.

Qualifications

• Healthcare background preferred (CNA, LPN, nursing, or related field).
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous caregiver training or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
