Josh’s Care Company Ltd in Sheffield is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. This role focuses on delivering person-centred care, supporting clients to maintain independence, skills, and personal interests while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

No experience is required, as we provide training and development to help you grow in your career. You will work on a flexible pattern including full-time, part-time and bank shifts, with days, nights, and waking nights

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in line with best practice, legislative requirements, and company policies.
• Support clients to maintain personal skills, hobbies, and independence.
• Follow individual Care Plans and report any changes in client needs to Senior Carers, Nurses, or Managers.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of all clients.
• Encourage clients’ connections with family, friends, and the local community.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate effectively to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
• Support clients’ relationships with people important to them, if desired.
